The "Mewtwo EX (BKT 64)" you've referenced is actually "M Mewtwo EX", correct?

IMO, your list is fairly standard with no glaring "holes," so good job with your first build.

I would suggest for your consideration incorporating:
  • A Mew (FCO) for the mirror match,
  • A Ninja Boy as another Pokémon retrieval and switching option,
  • An Olympia as another switching alternative can can be reused via VS Seeker, and/or
  • A Special Charge to recover and recycle discarded DCEs.

You should probably run 2 Hoopa instead of just 1 in case it's prized here are the changes I would make
-1 Shrine of Memories

+1 Hoopa Ex

+1 Olympia
+1 Brock's Grit
And also, try to fit in Special Charges an N and maybe Mewtwo (EVO 51) for Mirror Matches
