Maybe I'm not THAT new in PTCG, but still... Hello.

Tactic: Shinx on first hand can be useful for building Luxray somewhat fast.
Felicity discards energy from hand, and Rotom place them on Luxray or Magnezone. When set Luxray + Elec. Magnezone on bench is complete, fun begins.
Lux has 2x Lightning and 1 Metal Energy. Shock Bolt does 100 DMG (150 with Lv X on opponent's bench!) and discards 2 Lightnings. One of them is added from hand, second - by Magnezone... If Luxray has too much counters, free retreat works great and another Luxray can come.
Sunyshore defends Lux from Donphans, Machamps and... everything that can hurt him. Conductive is for gaining energy.
Of course, DP-on deck.

If you're making this a DP-on deck, then it needs Claydol. My friend used to run a deck almost IDENTICAL to this. Rotom is COMPLETELY USELESS because you can Super Connect the energy back onto Luxray twice, thereby gaining the energy lost due to shock bolt. It's also very clunky to bring a Pokemon out just to use it's attack to get energy back from the D-pile. You can also Cyber Shock every turn using Super Connectivity. Also Professor Rowan is pretty bad. Replace it with another Felicity's(great in this deck).
