If a rainbow energy / unit energy / counter energy or any energy that can be a psychic energy is attached to a Pokemon, can it be moved around with Lunala GX ability?

I think it can since once it's attached it is a psychic energy.

Correct.

As long as the effects of any of those Energy are working and the conditions fulfilled, among other Types, they will provide [P] Energy and be legal targets for moving around with the Ability of Lunala-GX. Just be careful not to move them to something that is incompatible. For example, if you accidentally moved a Counter Energy to Lunala-GX, it would immediately revert to [C] even if you've more Prizes remaining than your opponent.
