Strategy
-excuse my poor english-
the idea is: help Lugia to KO any Pokemon
then the support line will be :
Deoxys-ex ability: any plasma hits 10 more
Druddigon ability: any Pokemon that damage him, takes 2 counters
Rocky helmet tool: same effect than Druddigon
Frozen city: each time a player attaches an energy to a non plasma Pokemon, that Pokemon gets 2 counters
Terrakion: tech :p

I really think that lugia ex is a great card; it only needs strong support

N is not your friend in a Quad Lugia style deck. If you're taking more prizes than your opponent, you'll be drawing a lot less, and you could end up with a dead hand if you draw say three off of N. I would drop N to 2 and find room for 4 Bicycle and swap a few Plasma Balls for Ultra Balls so that Bicycle isn't a dead card in your hand early on. When I ran Quad Lugia, the Bicycle draw was amazing.

And then on top of that, Skyla or Bianca over Random Receiver. Random Receiver and Shadow Triad are not a good combination. You might hit one of them instead of an actual draw Supporter.
