does lucky egg activate when it is attached to a water pokemon when floatzel lvx is in play? and is it discarded or does it go back to your hand?

It goes to the discard pile first after doing all effects of the attack. Then you draw cards for Lucky Egg. Finally, it does go back to your hand because it was attached to your Pokemon as do the rest of the cards attached to that Pokemon.~Mark
