I think after all the rejections he's gone through, Brock deserves to finally get a girl, especially a hottie like Lucy who is actually interested in him. It would have been a good excuse for him to leave and not come back for the D/P saga.

Agreed, brock should get someone (but the episode where their were a lot of officer jenny and nurse joys running around and they found brock hovering around the vacinity was fun).

Jessie and James!
They have declared their love before. Mostly only by the way they act, but they sometimes give little hints.
I'm just glad that team rocket got over costumes, since james was always gay, dressing the girl part always.
