How do you turn a link into words? Like pretend I have the link to Pokebeach's main site. How would I make it say "Pokebeach Main Site"?

Either
-Type out the title of the link (Pokebeach Main Site)
-Highlight them, then click on the little button that says 'Insert Hyperlink'; it should look like a globe and a chain .. i think that's what it is.
-Type in the URL of the website
Or
-Click on the 'Insert Hyperlink' button, and it should ask if you want a title for the link anyway. =p
And you should get..
