EFFECT: 37/40- It is a little too broken. If that was in play, plus 4 Feraligatr d's, Any pokemon with d on it would do 70 plus damage, making some ex's, such as kingdra, do 150 for 3.
GRAMMER: 25/30- You should have copyed the effect right off of feraligatr d.
NAME: 10/10- Super Name, I wish I could see the art. Would it be a birds eye view of holon? LOL
ORIGINALITY: 9/10- Not completly original, since this effect came from feraligatr.
