• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

    When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

start with mantine or manaphy to help set up samurott and politoed
use emcee's chatter for draw power and stall with pokemon circulator
and life herb. As soon as 2 samurott are set up with three energy start attacking use leap frog to bring up the other samurott if the active samurott has over 100 damage counters on it and heal with life herb use politoed as last resort attacker switch is for when i can't set up politoed fast enough.
 
Well, play Politoed+Life Herb doesn't give certainty... why don't you try with Reuniclus instead of Politoed? Then, you may take out the Life Herb to add some Communications and Collectors.
