Someone at my local tourney remade LBS... its now... LAFS (sounds like LAUGHS if you say it)

Lugia ex, Steelix Ex, Ampharos d and Flygon d (Holon Phantoms)

I just thought this was a funny thing to share...

Way slow... it HAS to have ampharos and flygon before he can attack even...

LBS LIVES ON! :p

edit: If you dont see the strategy: Ampharos makes Steelix/Lugia delta, then with Flygon d you attach an energy and castform/magneton/electrode. Instead of energy rain with Blastoise.

LBS lives on, it's just really slow and old now... like some sort of pensioner in card form.

*shrugs* dont ask.

Well, if you get Blaziken PK+Dragonite δ+Lugia EX you MIGHT get a version, though there has to be two switches per turn. Add a Pelliper δ or something.

LBS was LBS, its speed was what made it good, there is nothing that can fix it, and there is no good replacement of it.

Every replacement I see is just too slow and you need 2 of those pokemon in play to make it work, Blastoise ex was only 1 pokemon, you only had to get him out to start attacking like crazy, that is why it was soo good.

I'm still uncertain about how it survived 2 damage counters every turn, along with the fact that it didn't run out of energies. What did *insert name of creator here* use to counter that? The discarding is probably the Farmer, so what was used for the 2 damage counters every turn? Or did many games lose becuase of it?

Actually, I heard that a Pokemon with Rain Dance is being reprinted in Pop 6 or something. It's only a rumor though.

Why on earth would you do that over ty ex and mewtwo d?? You can use the attacks alot more times and its more quicker as well.

They used power tree.

What is with people and LBS? It has come and gone, get over it. Stop trying to figure out combos that try and revive it because it's not gonna happen. It's probably just me but i'm sick of reading all these threads "The new LBS", "LBS isn't dead", "LBS v2", or some other failure wantabe deck trying to revolve around it in the Deck garage...

They don't want to get over it, sir. It was good and shifted the metagame, and they want to do that themselves.

Anyway -ON TOPIC- It's not the new LBS. LBS was fast (sort of). This isn't. So there's really no reason to play it.

Arcanine out.

The closest thing you'll probably get is the Gardevoir-Altaria Ex supported Lugia...but it lacks the Steelix too. So a full LBS? Impossible.

Why not just use d Ampharos, d Flygon, and Lugia. Don't play Steelix ex. Also a d Fearow could help speed the deck up.

The whole idea is not a very pleasant one. It's just not worth it to say that this deck is back, or that it ever will. Besides, unseen forces is going out in no time, so let's not get all worked up over these cards. It's going to be put to rest, and there's so much more you can do with the current sets.
