Card of the Day: Kyurem EX​

Its actually quite a formidable EX, despite the considerable un/de hype it gets. The first attack doesn't require a coin flip like Reshi EX or Zek EX. It can discard a Special Energy! That is a boss effect. Almost everybody runs plenty of Special Energy of some kind, so you'll see this attack's effect come into play very quickly. The second attack deals a little less damage than Reshi EX or Zek EX, but its secondary effect is loads less of a burden, just run more switch. Feraligatr/Floatzel and/or Blastoise can give it Energy Acceleration. Water-typing means its super effective against Donphan, so that can help. Metal Weakness will hardly ever come into play in a tournament these days. There is that one new and obscure Steelix/Klinklang/ Dialga & Palkia Legend deck floating around, but that's mostly considered a fun/bad deck.

I definitely love this EX a lot!
