Strategy: Set up at least 1 Kingdra and get a few Greninja out on the bench as early as possible. Use Kingdra's Tri Bullet and Greninja's Water Shuriken to spread damage around on to high-priority targets and use Dragon Vortex to do tons of damage and shuffle back in all of the discarded water energies from Greninja. Electrode for added late-game consistency and to draw into energies constantly after the first large Dragon Vortex.
This list works fairly well but running 2 thick stage 2 lines cuts into the consistency, also not having access to Tropical Beach hurts the set up as well. I'm mainly looking for some tweaking ideas and thoughts about this list to try to improve consistency. I want to find space for more level balls and maybe another 1-1 Electrode line.
