Multi energy is illegal too.(unless it was remade in a DP set after Great Encountors)

And Felicitys^. Instead of going 2/2 Kingdra Prime/LA I would go 3/1 with 3 Kingdra Prime. You need to drop Claydol, Felicity, Rosie, Multi Energy and 2 Expert Belts for cards like Pokemon Collector, Pokemon Communication and Bebe's search. And you could try adding Crobat Gs and Poketurns and Cyrus's for extra damage.
