Keystone Seal on Spiritomb A says that neither you or your opponent can use trainer cards. Does that also include pokemon tools, or can you still use pokemon tools?
Pokemon Tools are considered Trainers because they have the word Trainers on them. Expert Belt, Energy Gain, etc. is blocked while Unowns (G, etc.) are not.
