Hey everyone, I just bought this deck from Troll and Toad and am pretty happy with it.

Pokemon

  • 3-2-2 Florges BKT
  • 2 Florges BREAK
  • 2 Sylveon EX GEN
  • 2 Audino EX
  • 2 M Audino EX
  • 2 Lugia FCO
17

Trainers

  • 2 Lysandre
  • 3 Sycamore
  • 2 Shauna
  • 3 Professor's Letter
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Fairy Garden
  • 3 Fairy Drop
  • 3 Audino Skill Link
  • 4 Switch
  • 3 Devolution Spray
  • 1 N
  • 2 Trainer Mail
32

Energy

  • 6 Basic Fairy
  • 2 Special Rainbow
  • 3 Special Double Colourless
11

Total 60

EDIT: Removed Sparkling Robe, Volcarona line and 2 Special Rainbow. Replaced with N, Trainer Mail, Audino Skill Link, Sylveon EX and Lugia FCO

Strategy:

A little bulky and versatile with trainer cores. Focuses on Fairy typing with some variation like Audino EX and Volcarona. It seems to resist a lot of attacks and status conditions with the right plays.

As I said on the thread title, I'm a beginner and this deck is a result of mistakenly buying a Theme Deck lol. The strategy side is something I probably need to work on some more.

Aaaaanyway. Would love your opinions.

Hi there! First off, buying a theme deck is actually great for starting out, just not so much for competitive play. Second, Sparkling Robe rotated out, so unless this deck is Expanded you can't use it in here. Audino/Florges BREAK might not be the best variant of Audino, but here are my suggestions to make it work.

-2 Volcarona - M Audino takes at least two turns to set up because it's a mega, meaning that you could get it out in the same amount of time it would take to set it up this way with less cards.
-3 Larvesta - No Volcarona
-2 Shauna - It's not bad, but early game N is better and it can later on be used to really disrupt your opponent.
-3 Professor's Letter - You can usually draw into the energy you need with the right support.
-3 Sparkling Robe - Not in Standard any more and Special Conditions aren't that common with popular decks right now.
-4 Rainbow Energy - You're no longer using more than one type.
-3 Devolution Spray - There's not much need for it in this deck.
-4 Switch - Although they're not bad, they're also one time use so Float Stone is better in the long run.

+2 Audino EX- Helps you draw into it and if one's prized these give you back up.
+1 M Audino EX - Same as the regular Audino.
+2 Shaymin EX - Good draw support, also allows to use Lysandre instead of Sycamore if you need the cards.
+1 Professor Sycamore - Very good draw support.
+2 N - Disruption and draw support.
+4 VS Seeker - To get the supporters back.
+1 Hex Maniac - For if you go against Giratina.
+1 Double colourless Energy - M Audino makes really good use of these.
+1 Fairy Garden - Free retreat as well as something to stop Shrine of Memories from M Mewtwo.
+3 Audino Spirit Link - Allows you to evolve Audino and keep going.
+1 Xerneas STS - Attaches Energy onto your Pokemon.
+2 Float Stone - Free Retreat.
+1 Pokemon Ranger - Stops Glaceon and Regice.
+2 Trainer's Mail - Can grab Supporters or Items that you might need.

Hope this helps!

Eyyyy

I have an Audino Spirit Link in my collection somewhere. Shame about Sparkling Robe, may replace those and Shauna with 3 Spirit Link and N.

Volcarona could be replaced. Would Sylveon EX work?

It's okay. Not the best mind you, but if you're just starting out then it's not that bad of a choice. If you're able to I'd suggest replacing theem with more Audino and M Audino.

I looked at your new list and I think you should just remove the Rainbow Energy entirely. Since your Pokemon are colourless and Fairy, you don't gain much.

Also, do you mind explaining your reasoning for using Lugia?
