Jumpluff is my states deck, and one of my all time favorite decks to play. It relys on benching lots of Pokemon, and turn 1 or 2 set-ups, which is achievable with the high trainer count. A high Uxie count is standard, with 2 being the bare minimum. Usually 2-3 is the most you'd want in a deck, because of that precious bench space, but since Jumpluff relys on full benches too, benched Uxies are just fine. Uxie is the replacement for Claydol, which was very popular last format. The problem is, Claydol, Jumpluff's Drawpower is gone, along with Roseanne's Reasearch. These were key cards in Jumpluff. With the loss of these, Jumpluffs been treated like dirt. But with Triumphant cards and proper techs, Jumpluff can stand a chance, maybe even win. Here's a previous success with Jumpluff:

Yuka ran a 3-3 Claydol, which even for Jumpluff was rather uncommon, and the only substitute for that is Uxie and Sunflora. Sunflora acts as a quick search, getting any {G} pokemon needed. This helps acheive a turn 1 set-up, or even a donk.

Here's a Jumpluff skeleton:
4-3-4 Jumpluff
2-2 Sunflora
3 Smeargle
2(or 3) Uxie
1 Unown Q Though this is just another donkable Pokemon, it is important. Especially if you run the Smeargle. Otherwise it isn't that important, but still can come in handy.

3-4 Pokemon Collector are needed, considering that the deck needs benched Pokemon.
3 Bebe's Search. This card is used in all decks, and is 100% needed because unlike Sunflora, which only lets you search for {G} Pokemon, Bebe's lets you search for any Pokemon. You can get that Smeargle, Uxie, or Luxray (if you run it).
2 Pokemon Communication
1-2 Professor Oak's New Theory
