4-4 Cinccino BLW
2-2 Zoroark BLW (Promo, not the starter deck)
2-2-2 Jumpluff HS
3 Pichu HS (Playground)

{G}-3
{C}{C}-4
Rescue-2

Pokemon Collector-3
Professor Oak's New Theory-3
Pokemon Communication-4
Professor Elm's Training Method-2
Plus Power-4
Rare Candy-2
Super Scoop Up-2
Pokemon Reversal-4
Junk Arm-4

T/S-28

The strategy is fairly simple. Get out Cinccino and fill up the bench. Then rack up KOs using Do The Wave for 100 with a full bench and only requires {C}{C}. Jumpluff is essentially a back-up, doing 120 for 1 {G} if both players' benches are full. Zoroark to KO an opponent with their own attack, and Special {D} boosts the power. Plus Power to defeat opponents with more than 100 or 120 HP. Super Scoop Ups and Switchs to get my weak pokemon out of danger, Pokemon Communications and Collectors to scout out additional reinforcements

-2 Cleffa Pichu is better in this deck
-1 Smeargle his power is unreliable, you might end up getting juniper and having to discard your hand
-3 Basic Dark Energy Zoroark's first attack is situational, I have no clue why you have this many dark energy
-2 Special Dark Energy same as above
-3 Twins this is supposed to be a speed deck, if the opponent is drawing the first few prizes you are in trouble
-2 Seeker this doesn't help much and weakens Jumpluff's attack
-2 Super Scoop Up the only real purpose this card has in this deck is to pick up pichus
-2 Switch all of your pokemon have low retreat cost so you don't need this

+2 Pichu the ideal starter for this deck because it powers up cincinno and jumpluff
+1 Double Colorless Energy Cincinno and Zoroark both need these, you need them maxed out
+2 Rescue Energy this lets you recover your frail attackers and power them up at the same time
+1 Pokemon Collector every deck needs 3-4 of these if it doesn't have Dual Balls
+1 Pokemon Communication every deck with evolved pokemon must run 4 of these
+4 Junk Arm lets you reuse all of your trainers
+4 Pokemon Reversal this lets you KO opponent's benched pokemon that they need for set-up
+2 PONT this is really your only draw engine, so max it out
+1 Interviewer's Questions lets you get your energy faster

Thanks for the advice. this is a variation of the deck i have in reality, and i will not be able to make these changes to the deck anytime soon, but i will consider it.

-1 Professor Oak's New Theory---I think 4 hand refreshers is a bit too much, so I'd remove one.
-1 Interviewer's Question---This card never really worked for me, even in decks running 10-15 Energy. If you're more lucky than I am, ignore this, but I'd rather not play it.

+2 Professor Elm's Training Method---In my opinion, this card is a staple in speed decks like this. I've played Donphan / Cinccino, and the ability to search a Evolution card you need is very useful. It helped me getting more T2 Cinccino, too.

Nice deck idea too, I've never played against a Jumpluff deck in my whole life, so maybe I'll test against your list :p

thanks for the advice, i edited my list to match. by the way, my deck in reality (which is almost complete) is different than this deck, but it does have the exact same strategy as this one.
