Your promos look interesting, too––glad to see you're using the new formatting!

Bring Back is an effect reminiscent of other Ho-Oh cards, with a good twist in that it's not Ho-Oh you're reviving, but one of the legendary dogs. One of the most important things to consider on EXes with Abilities, however, is that you can very easily get four charges out of it each turn. As a result, the odds turn from a 50% chance (which would be the ideal balance) to a very good chance you'll be be able to set up two of those legendary dogs in one turn (assuming you have Sky Field in play). I'd suggest making it similar to the Victory Star Ability on Victini NVI––an Ability you can only use once per turn, regardless of how many of that Pokémon you have in play.

I like Flame Transfer. Lots of room for potential in a Toolbox deck there.

Lugia looks well balanced to me. Aqua Turbo is a name that has already been used on Palkia-EX, with a different effect, so you might consider renaming it? It's a minor nitpick, though.

Suicune, on the other hand, does look very powerful. Serperior BLW had a similar Ability, except that this was on a Stage 2 in the days before Forest of Giant Plants, and it only healed a quarter of the damage. Not being able to heal itself isn't even that big a drawback, since you can Bench other Suicune to heal that damage. There's also the additional problem, the same as Bring Back. With four Suicune, you can heal 160 damage each turn from all Pokémon that aren't Suicune, and 120 from all Suicune. That's a lot of healing. :p

Balancing for that one might be a slight problem, since I think even reducing the damage healed to 10 would be a little on the overpowered side. Maybe if you can only heal 10 from one of your Pokémon that turn?
Thanks for the tips. I"ll edit Suicune and Ho-oh to have victory stars side effect, make Suicune need a discard, and chance Lugia's ability called "Aqua Drive"

Might I ask why Beldum has [M] costs, but both of its evolutions have [P] costs? o.o

That aside, this new batch of fakes is just a little bit bland. With Metagross in particular, [4] for a heavy damaging attack without a secondary effect isn't particularly new, and the effect for Metal Crusher is one we've seen before as well. Perhaps consider giving it some sort of unique and creative Ability?

Another interesting batch of fakes! :)

Darmanitan's effect has never been done before, no, but unfortunately I'm also not sure how well it would work, since your opponent is technically allowed to rearrange their Benched Pokémon however they like at any point in the game. If it were to work though, you might need some clarification for specific scenarios. The one that comes to mind is if your opponent has only one Benched Pokémon. How much damage does it get? 0? 40? 80, since it's both the left and the right?

Celebi BREAK's effect might also be a bit overpowered, since, again, you can use four of them in a turn (which isn't even that hard thanks to Forest of Giant Plants). I might suggest lowering it to only one card, if you don't want to do another "only one of this Ability per turn" effect.

If there was only one benched Pokémon , it would do 40 damage to it. Also, for celebi, did you notice the "Flip a coin" bit, but i'll reduce it to 1 anyways

Even with the coin flip, it can easily be overpowered. It's the same principle as Bring Back, form your Ho-Oh-EX. Yes, it's a 50% chance of actually working, but you can also have four of them in play (considering that they're effectively Stage 1's that are also [G] type, this isn't even that hard to set up), turning that 50% chance into something much better. It's reasonable to assume that out of four coin flips, about two will be heads, which means you're able to take four cards from the discard pile every turn. This is like Puzzle of Time on a gamebreaking level.

And ahh, thanks for clarifying the Darmanitan thing. :)
