Help Japanese Cards and others. Any Value?

With the exception of the Japanese cards, yes, you do have some stuff thats worth a good amount. Especially 1st Edition Vaporeon.

I'm not sure about vlaues. But look on TCG player for median prices for those.
 
Like @Merovingian said you've got some decent stuff there. The shining Magikarp and the Kingdra/Latias ex cards caught my eye personally besides the Vaporeon. I'd follow the advice already given here and check median prices.

I love seeing some of the things people have in their collections they find-stuff like that E series holo steelix are some of my favorite kind of cards to see.
