That's what I figured. With the multiple levels of rarities standing between you and a SIR/BWR, I'm pretty sure people are gonna come away disappointed.

The two posts above are just partially right. While there is still only one SR/SAR and 4 AR guaranteed per box as always, there are special boxes that have an AR in every pack and from most openings I saw, you can get more. Godpacks seem more common and guessing from the current single prices in Japan, its seems to go strong too because most cards are already around 300-400 yen, which is fairly low for first day prices. These pullrates are definitely better.
Bouffalant SAR and Exadrill SAR (yes, the most unwanted) start out at 1200 yen, Jellycent at 4000 en. That's quite low for release date prices. The sets seems to be more readily available too.
I can imagine this set being closer to CRZ in the west. as people guessed before. This set is a special set that ends an era (SV).

So amazing honestly both are great and so much awesome artwork to unpack... but did they really have to give kanda seismitoad?!?! I mean he killed it def will be picking up the single but man there's a bunch of mons they could have given him to create a legendary piece!
That being Said I'll be opening white in chase of that reshiram *OMG*
IMO black got the better cards as a whole but each have a plethora of greatness

The Japanese rates are like 30% better. Also because it’s the end of the generation set I have an inclination of better pull rates like crown zenith which also ended the generation and contained a lot more art rares
Some guy just posted he and his friends opened 80 JP BOXES and they only got two BWRs and no victini. Thousand something packs and a handful of SIRs.
I'm still calling it: gonna be abysmal near the level of Prismatic.
It’s 4 ARs and one SIR\SR in every box. There is no magic to it. Victims isn’t even in the boxes (the red one or the promo) so that’s why he didn’t pull it.
Mist ARs andSIRs are already cheap as hell, as U stated above.
Spent 60€ and I’m already 50 ARs and 3 SIRs down.
Yeah and without the guaranteed SR in English sets, the pull rate isn't going to be anywhere near as good.
Still, we don’t know that. For one: there aren’t that much SIRs. The Full Arts, that take up that Japanese slot, are also much more common for our sets. Lastly, we still have the possibility of a Crown Zenith Pull Rate (which is very likely).
Like I now its frustrating right now, but don’t judge till we actually know wat will happen. This set closes the SV era.
If you're referring to the "BWR" Victini, that one is impossible to pull as it is a promo. If not, then that sucks if they like the Victini AR
