Pokemon Center stores in Japan will be releasing the following TCG accessories on January 14th. Most of them are deck boxes and matching card sleeves.

It's such a waste that all of these are always exclusive to Japan. It's been 25 years. Why are they so exclusive?

Looks like Akira Egawa for the Cynthia/Garchomp and Teeziro for the underwater Pokemon sleeves. Do they confirm the artists anywhere?

Cynthia looks great, and they're mostly pretty good, but I don't think I'd buy them. I really like some of the art on these, but a lot of these products- even the simpler stuff- often feel too complex to fit nicely on a card. When I'm dealing with a whole deck, a box, and a playmat, these designs just don't look so distinct. I think I prefer designs with one piece of artwork with more appeal than detail (or just a pattern that looks nice).

Wait, I just realized one if these is called My Luxray's Story and it tells the story of a trainer's luxray as it grows!

meanwhile in america and europe we get gyarados and magikarp on a flat ocean themed background on sleeves...
