Ruling Jamming Net and Manectric EX

I had a question protaining to these Team Flare Hyper Gear cards:

If I used something like 'Assault Laser' from Manectric-EX on a Pokemon-EX that had a Jamming Net attached to it, how much damage would it do?

It would be 60 + 60 - 20, for a total of 100 damage, assuming the Defending Pokémon had a Tool Card attached to it. If not, then 60 - 20 for a total of 40.

The question I was asking is that if the Defending Pokémon has a Jamming Net attached, would it count as a Pokémon Tool? If so, would the Defending Pokémon receive more damage from Assault Laser?

Ah, I'm sorry. I misunderstood.

The Team Flare Tools still count as Tool Cards, so it would be 60 + 60 = 120.
