BW/BW2 IVs Vs. Nature

So, when breeding for a perfect pokemon, is it more important to breed for IVs or Nature. I am attempting to get a near perfect litwick. I have a 31 SpA litwick and a 31 HP litwick and a 31 Speed litwick. 1st of all, which combo should i use(i am for sure using the SpA litwick) and should i be wanting a modest nature, or should i be wanting 25+IVs in the other stats?

GO for modest, its here to kill with special attack. I dont see why you cant do both, but whatever. Max out Chandelures sp atk and spd.
 
Nature is more important. IVs are what you want to breed for first if you are trying to get a good nature and IVs (which you should be), but if you plan for one or the other to be imperfect, they should be the IVs. Unless you want a specific Hidden Power.
My reasoning is that Nature is a 10% boost to a stat, while IVs are just 31 more points in a stat at lv. 100.
 
Breed for IV's first, then put a power item on the pokemon in the daycare to pass down the IV's. THEN breed for nature.
 
I already have a 31 SpA lit wick and a 31 speed litwick, and Ihave the power items, so what should I be doing, I thought u couldn't breed for more than 3 31s. Should I be breeding for full 31s? How long will that take with the nature?
 
Put the power item on the stat you want to pass down. (Attk. power item if you wanted to pass down the Atk. IV's.)

This helps to get perfect IV pokemon.
