Help Is this Authentic?

this came into my posession today and i dont know where to turn i cant find any signatures from him...

from what i can tell its Takumi Akabane's signature and judging by the date it was from the florida event? anyone know how i can either get a good auth or contact him to ask personally?

I tried to look on psa to submit for auth but the name isnt on their signatures category.

With my incredibly limited knowledge, I don't think PSA would grade it as it is technically a marked card and they do not grade such cards anymore

psa still does auths i just looked on their site. but i managed to talk to takumi akabane himself about 30 minutes ago who confirmed signing this card in particular!
