Help Is this an error?

Hello,

Just opened a pack of my fates collide and got a reverse Holo riolu 46/124 and noticed two little spots on the Holo portion. It does not come off and is part of the card. Like I said I just opened it so it isn't dirty either. any help would be great!

You might like to use an image hosing website like imgur to share your images.

I can’t say for certain without seeing the image, but if the booster pack was legit, then it sounds like you might have an ink blotch error.

The marking is above the resistance.

And if it is an error marking does it make the value increase?

Yup, looks like a production misprint. Unfortunately it wouldn't be worth much at all, if anything, since it's just a Riolu and the error itself isn't particularly uncommon. Although the right collector might be happy to pay some money for it, it's pretty unlikely.
