IS there anyway to get back deleted pm's?

OK so today i was deleting my worthless pm's and i was saving the important ones. While i was emptying the trash can i relized it goes back to the inbox after everytime i deleted them so is there anyway to get them back or are they lost in the cyber web?

Note: Once these messages are deleted there is no way to recover them.

If you lost something important, like addresses for trades, you need to PM the people you had trades with ask them to give you their address again.

They are lost, but you can find the name of the PM, the time/date sent, and the person sent to by viewing the tracking section of your user CP.

No they are ones that i agreeded on and sent first on so i have proof, oh well my fault.
