Help Is it unethical to sell raw cards that are likely not highly rated?

I keep seeing people ask whether they should grade an NM card to medium or just sell it in raw, and most of the answers suggest selling it in raw — since it usually fetches a higher price than an 8 or 9.

I think it's fine. I've purchased some cheap NM bulk and holos before. Since it's not graded, you can't sell it for a higher price that you might with a graded card. And if you're saying it's graded highly when it's not, that's just lying.

There are generally more people looking for raw cards in "OK" condition for binders etc. than graded cards in that condition. People usually want at least an 8 for graded cards, especially 9s and 10s. And even then, they can take long to sell as so many people are grading cards nowadays. So, if you don't think it's going to get an 8 (for an expensive card), a 9 (for a medium card) or a 10 (for a cheaper card), don't bother as no one will probably want it. It might technically keep the same value, but then you're still out of pocket for grading costs.
