Is Faded Town banned on PTCGO?

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place but I was making a MewtwoEX/Zekrom deck when I got to the trainers and saw the banned marker on Faded Town. Is it banned? Or did someone go and exploit a card again? I never use Faded Town but it was a surprise to see that specific card get banned.

only new Juniors use Faded Town
 
Apparently it's been temporarily suspended pending a fix, and the PTCGO team hopes to have it back up with the next major version update in February. [Source]

Here's a bit of an explanation about why from a PTCGO staff member's post on reddit:

"Faded Town was not functioning correctly. As I understand it, if the card was removed from play, the effect would persist and if multiple Faded Town were played the effect would stack. Given that a fix looks to have client dependencies (which would mean it would be broken until early Feb when XY-BREAKpoint goes live) we have temporarily suspended it's use.

Again, our apologies for the bug. Thanks very much for your understanding."
