Due to PokéBeach being down I can't check the card right now, but I'm quite sure it says nothing about Weaknesses.

Rampardos's attacks are unaffected by Resistance, Poke Powers, Poke Bodys, and any other effects on the Defending Pokemon.
Weakness is not affected in this case, since weakness isn't an effect on the Pokemon. Effects say stuff like "Prevent all effects of attack, including damage, done to this Pokemon" That is why resistance is seperate.
