ok so.

cards like
30-heatran.jpg

it says for each {M} energy. showing the icon. so would i flip for metal (the one which reduces damage by 10) energy aswell? metal energy shows the same icon.

also rainbow energy provides any energy type i choose. so could i use rainbow energy and flip for that?

when its my turn if i can attack do i have to?

if i poison/burn my opponent. does he get poison damage immediatly before his turn or does it start after his first turn?

pokemon powers. do they only work if you pronaunce them?
do you have to say turn them on or off.
or can my opponent choose not to use a power (im talking about passive effect ones like ones that stop players using poke powers)

if so does that mean if he forgets to say that poke power it doesnt count on my turn?

i ask this because his ampharos. does 10 damage every time i add an energy and he forgot 3 times in a row. then made me put them on. i defended this by saying you didnt use the power. so it doesnt count unless you say there and then on that turn? whos right?

switch can be used while your asleep /paralyzed right?
but you cant retreat i know that.

i have double full; heal removes status effects from all my active pokemon or something like that? but how? benched pokemon cant get status effects? and retreating them heals that.

my yanma if i get heads he cant be damaged next turn. so cant my opponent still use and attack that does 30 plus 10 to my bench? obvioulsy without doing the 30 to my yanma?

oh and thatnks for answering all my previous questions i realised we cant reply to these threads (which i dont know why)

Any Metal energy will allow you to flip a coin for Heatran's Attack. Rainbow Energy will also work.
If you poison or put any special condition on their Pokemon it immediately gets applied so poison damage would take place right away before your opponent's turn.
Poke-powers need to be announced when you are using them. Poke-Bodies are always active unless an effect changes that such as it needing to be active. Placing damage counters from a Poke-Body is a mandatory action and so they must be placed.
Switch can be used when you are asleep or paralyzed.
Double Full Heal states that in the event you are both using two Active Pokemon at a time.
Yanma would take no damage and each of your benched Pokemon take 10 damage in that case.~Mark
