Anywho, as for levels, as low as you can get both of them.
And, if you breed them, make sure they are hatched please.

ii David!!, I'm just here to tell you, there's nothing I really want in your thread, so just give me that Togepi (More to my collection....). This is for the Shiny Kecleon. I have done a MAJOR update to my thread with Pokerus, etc. I have a new policy: Any Pokemon I trade to anyone else, I throw in an added bonus of the Pokerus (unless of course they tell me otherwise.) Just an update.
I am currently trying to beat the game, I have'nt ditched my thread.
I should be able to start trades in about a week or less.
