Ruling If you are going first, what can you play?

Pokemon and Energies is what I thought.

One friend thinks you can also play stadiums and tools.

Another thinks that you can only play supporters, however I know he is wrong.

I am almost sure I am right but if I am not I want to use this as a reference
Also, a bit unrelated, is it better to go first or second? I mean, is there any real advantage to going first except if you a) lead with sableye or b) lead with call energy...

You can only play Pokemon and energies if you are first and it is your first turn. It really depends on your deck and your opening hand. If you have no trainers it is usually better to be first. Going second allows you to use Rare Candy to evolve on your first turn.~Mark
