I Need Card Lists!

Hello all! I am new to the forum, and to the world of Pokemon card collecting in general, and was wondering if you all might be able to help me. My little brother has been collecting for some time, and as a birthday gift for him, I would like to create for him a database where he can enter in all of his Pokemon cards, combining the two loves of his life at the moment: using the computer and Pokemon! Using a popular price guide as a master cardlist, I have already entered in about twenty sets into this database. However, when it comes to promo cards and such, it starts to get rather confusing! Therefore, I was wondering if anyone in the forum here had one of two things they might be able to pass along:

1) A master list of all Pokemon cards ever made, from the 1999 Base to this year's Majestic Dawn, with all the promos in between.

2) A master list of all Nintendo promo cards. This would remove a large amount of guesswork and tediousness from my research, as I already feel I have the WOTC promos pretty much covered.

If you wait about two weeks we will have all of the promo lists and scans up (basically meaning we will have scans of every officially released English card).
 
I have a pokemon promo thread you could check out. It lists all the promos that I could find. I think it would be very useful to your lists.
