I need a cheap Gengar LV. X deck

I've got one Gengar X, and looking for another, but I have no idea what I should do with them.

I also have Umbreon Prime, so I'm looking to make a Dark/Psychic deck for the Seniors division.

You don't need 2 gengar X's for a deck. And gengar and umbreon don't go very well together at all, since they have no synergy and don't do much for eachother.

You would only need 1 Gengar lvX for whatever gengar deck you want to build.

There are a few ways you go round making a Gengar deck, you could make a spread/sniping based Gengar deck using 2 SF and 1 AR Gengar as well as 1 lvX OR 2 SF and 1 Prime Gengar with a Gengar lvX. Or you can go for the "hit 'n' run" Gengar strategy and go with Gengar AR being the attacker and constantly Shadow Skip into Spiritomb AR or other wall-like pokemon (Shedninja SV, Mr Mime SV?)

I don't know how you could fit Umbreon into a Gengar based deck, as it doesn't really help counter anything. Umbreom Prime would work much better in an Eeveelution based deck to make the most out of Evoblast.

Well one idea would be to use shadow skip to umbreon prime, to take a hit, then cloud covered moon the damage away, but its not very good and is inconsistent.
