First, think of a number 1-9

Multiply it by 9

Add the digits together
Ex: 26: 2+6=8

Subtract 5

Assign that number to a letter of the alphabet
Ex: A=1 B=2 C=3... and so on

Think of a country that starts with that letter

Take the 2nd letter of that country and think of an animal that starts with that letter
Ex: Canada; Ape

So you would end up with those two things
Ex: Apes in Canada

any number that is a multiple of nine between 9 and 81 will produce a 9 when you add the digits together.
9=9
18=9
27=9
36=9
45=9
54=9
63=9
72=9
81=9

So the ONLY number that should appear should be "I".

There is! The sum of the digits of the product of any number from 1-9(well more but you get the point) multiplied by 9 is 9. =/

See?
1 X 9 = 09 = 0+9=9
2 X 9 = 18 = 1+8=9
3 X 9 = 27 = 2+7=9
4 X 9 = 36 = 3+6=9
5 X 9 = 45 = 4+5=9
6 X 9 = 54 = 5+4=9
7 X 9 = 63 = 6+3=9
8 X 9 = 72 = 7+2=9
9 X 9 = 81 = 8+1=9

And yes, the number would have to be 9, so the country would always begin with I, if you didn't screw up or cheat.
 
Now it's not fixed anymore I got Dogs in Denmark. Since Denmark is the only country with D I think of.
