Ruling Hydreigon DRX 97/124

Hello! Today I have a question about Hydreigon 97/124 from Dragons Exalted.

Hydreigon

Ability - Dark Trance: As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may move a {D} Energy attached to 1 of your Pokémon to another of your Pokémon.

Discard 2 {D} Energy attached to this Pokémon.

1) If I have three Blend Energy {G}{R}{P}{D} and one {D} Energy attached to Hydreigon, can I still use Dragonblast? Would I only have to discard the one Basic Dark Energy?

2) If I have four Blend Energy {G}{R}{P}{D} attached to Hydreigon, can I still use Dragonblast? Would I have to discard any of Energy?

1) You may use Dragonblast. You must discard 2 of those attached Energy, since all of them are providing {D}. (Notice Dragonblast does not specify to discard basic {D} energy - it just says to discard 2 {D} energy).
