so i'm pretty new to this competetive battling stuff, but I definately want to get into it. ive been watching some youtube videos and I want to get my hands on a gengar and perhaps a hippowdown.. but basically iw anna get the old generation pokemon on my white team. I know some of these pokemon actually appear once you beat the elite four, but ive been trying to find locations and its not seeming to work... Anyone can help me out here??
