How many cards are in a D/P deck

I know there is usually 60 cards in a deck but I also got 2 EX PK packs and 2 promo Entei's and those added up to 20 but I counted the deck and the pack stack together 2 times and I got 82 cards. It was the Royal Frost deck. Do you think they put 2 extra cards in by mistake or did they put it in the packs? I am not sure but when I bought everything I thought I got only 80 cards but I got 82.

that is weird u sure u buy the royal frost deck and u open u saw the 20 cards inside?

It's a mistake. Probably 2 extra energies or something. Doublecheck the decklist on the back of the deckpack and you know which one you got too many of.

I am not sure how many of each card now because my cards are in my binder now but I did count the stack twice and I had all the Pokemon and trainers right and energy cards right so I think I got 10 cards in each booster instead of 9 but I had 82 for sure. EDIT 08/02/07 at 3:331 PST I just checked my deck and it is ok but it was my booster packs and they had 11 cards each and a toltal of 84 cards.
