How does the new forum system work?

How does it work? I just got home from the hospital after about 2 weeks. This week and most of last so I am wondering how the hit points and level come into effect and also the post cout effort values. Can someone explain how it works for me? Thanks.:)
 
There is another thread about how the EXP stuff works in Site Discussion.
From what I gather the more you post the higher your level goes, and it also raises your HP and such.

But everything in the forums besides that works the same it seems.

Sometimes it does not cout your posts I noticed too. Could you make a link so I could see the other thread because it is hard to see all the threads with the font being smaller?:)
