you need something like photoshop,though I just make a rectangle and make it fancy.

Yes, Photoshop is recommended, but you can just simply put together random stuff with Paint, upload it to ImageShack or Photobucket and take the IMG tags URL and put it in your signature.

I know, I'm just giving him another alternative...
Ok, you can actually use Paint to do it also but maybe for this type of banner only;

But for a banner like the one below, you will need to use Photoshop;

You're right. It's a sad thing I don't have Photoshop.

I could make banners but I'm not that good and the pictures for the banners I have are limited. I only have a few. I don't ask people because Last time I asked LV she said she wanted something in return so I said forget it
