How do I make these maps/towns, etc?

Uh, what is ms paint?

I use these resources. Ripped by me, so give credit to me. I use them in a program called RPG Maker XP for actually making playable games, but you can copy these tiles and use them in Paint.
MASSIVE Tileset
Here are the autotiles to go with it. Set them up in this order from first to last
basic water
"deep" water (also to be applied around rocks)
waterfall
simple shore tile
animated flower
path with grass removed (I use that one in city areas ONLY, like Rustboro)

Fangking, very nice tile sets. You should make a tile set for a secret base, with a lot of made up accesories and stuff. That'd be pretty sick.
Cool! How do I make something with them though?
I don't have micrsoft paint.

EDIT I am still learning how to copy the quotes so if I accidently select the wrong user just ignore it because I am in the process of getting the right one so if you see one that does not make sense or completely messed up it means I am trying to post one and I have selected the wrong one and after I get the right one I will delete the messed up one. I just wanted to let you guys know so you don't think it is spam. It just means got the wrong message and I got the wrong one because I don't realize I have the wrong one until it is posted.

I think, if you know someone with paint, I think you can transfer it (don't ask me how)

To the author of the thread, WTF is the OS you are using??? For Windows, MS Paint exists since Windows 3.1 and I believe MAC OS 9 and up and MAC OS X 10 and up have a basic graphics program.
I dunno of Linux though... But if it has an incorporated stretegy game, Warcraft 1 like, it must have a graphics program...
