If Bisharp uses Hone Claws, and then attempts Guilotine next turn, what would be guilotine's accuracy be?

Percentage of hitting = Base accuracy(Accuracy#/Evasion#)

How much is a stage, considering the original accuracy of Gullitone is 30?

If I remember correctly, guillotine doesnt work with the regular accuracy schtuff. It has a minimum accuracy of 30 when you and your opponent are the same level and it gets higher the higher level you are compared to your opponent. I don't think hone claws does anything to it.

^You are correct. The accuracy isn't effected by evasion or accuracy increase.
