So I had a little thought I'd like to get clarified

Since this is considered a Grass Energy due to the top right symbol

Can it be searched out by Shaymin EX because it doesn't specify Basic, but is still a Grass-type energy?

Shaymin EX's Synthesis would not be able to attach Herbal Energy because Herbal Energy does not count as a Grass Energy until it is placed on a Pokémon.

Okay but what is the card itself considered? It provides the energy but it doesn't say it doesn't count as a grass energy. That's what's got me stumped lol

Herbal Energy provides the same kind of energy as Grass Energy, but it's still "Herbal Energy" not "Grass Energy"
