Please post a link or scan of the card(s) in question next time.

Solrock Triumphant
Umbreon UD

1. No - if the defending Pokémon is switched out/leveled up/evolved/etc., the effect of Solrock's Sun Flash attack goes away.
2. If the defending Pokémon is knocked out by Sun Flash, then the effect is immediately cleared. It does not transition to the new Pokémon that your opponent brings up from the bench.
3. If your opponent's Umbreon attacks with Moonlight Fang, then on your subsequent turn, Solrock's attack would be completely negated unless Umbreon was switched out. If Solrock manages to attack with Sun Flash on a turn after which Moonlight Fang has not been used, it will work, and Umbreon's owner will have to flip a coin to determine whether or not its attack will do anything (subject to the conditions outlined in my answer to your first question).

Also please have a thread title that gives an idea of the topic. Help does not give any information about what kind of help you need.~Mark
