Help with Faking

OK, first I don't want to sound like a n00b.
I got Adobe Photoshop Elements for Christmas! yay.
And I want to know how to fake cards with it. I know that INFERNAPE already put up a guide, but I want to know how to get those in them. So can anyone pretty please make a step-by-step instruction, starting from installing the Photoshop for making fake pokemon cards. I would really appreciate it if you did. I'm really a n00b at Photoshop and I have all these great spoilers, I would love to be able to make them into cards. Please and thank you.
