Help Gx attacks and pokemon ranger

Does pokemon ranger effect the one gx attack per game thing as under the attack there is text or an effect of the attack being that you can only use one per game. I guess more what im asking is the gx attack being once per game a rule or a card text because on every gx card it has that text im going to assume the answers no for pokemon ramger but if yes this could be very broken.

Pokémon ranger doesn't reset the fact you have used your GX attack for the game. the game remembers you have used it.

the text "you can't use more then 1 GX attack a game" is reminder text of the meta rule and meta rules can't be bypassed by card or card effects.

Using your GX attack is a game mechanic, like taking a Prize. That is why you have a GX Counter to flip over once you've used it.
