Well... there's not a whole lot to say about it. It let's you take a Pokémon from the top 7 cards of your deck. It doesn't hit a Pokémon for sure, and there are better Pokémon search tools out there. It won't see much play because it's inferior to cards like Ultra Ball, Level Ball, Heavy Ball, Pokémon Communication, and Dual Ball and Pokémon Collector.
Next format I can see this card seeing a bit of play in decks that have low amounts of Pokemon, so no Communications, and that don't have Pokemon that satisfy the requirements of Level Ball or Heavy Ball. It could be used in conjunction with Ultra Ball for added search, since Dual Ball will be out. This may be better than Communication in decks like Garchomp/Altaria, but we'll see.
