Ok, I saw this user post, but they aren't a member! What's that mean? They're banned, but how did they get an avatar? Its a mystery..

It doesn't mean you are banned you cannot have an avatar. I guess Lugia58 is correct. He posted in the Game Corner, where there is no postcount. There's nothing much to discuss here, so locky.
