If the other evee evolution evolves in a specific stone like fire,water,leaf, thunder,sun and moon

how does glaceon evolve what stone will you use

Eevee will evolve to Glaceon at Icy Rock located at a Route near Snowpoint City while Eevee evolves to Leafeon at Moss Rock located in Eterna Forest.

Oh, and note that Espeon and Umbreon are from morning and evening respectively. Sun and Moon stones do nothing.

Funny how each evolutionary stone corresponds to an eeveelution and Eevee is the evolution pokémon but instead it evolves weirdly. It should have always gone like this:

Defense: Leaf stone -> Leafeon
HP: Water stone -> Vaporeon
Speed: Thunder stone -> Jolteon
Attack: Fire stone -> Flareon
Special Attack: Sun Stone -> Espeon
Special Defense: Moon stone -> Umbreon

Glaceon doesn't fit in.
