Glaceon's attack states "During your opponent's next turn, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks from Evolution Pokémon."

So I was wondering what actually defines an 'Evolution' Pokémon?
Is it only a Pokémon that has actually evolved, or does it include all stage 1s, 2s, breaks, etc. Even if maxie/archie'd?

This is a newer term and refers to any card that says it "Evolves from" something else in the corner - Stage 1, Stage 2, Mega, BREAK, etc. This doesn't have anything to do with how they were brought into play, unlike the term "(un)evolved" Pokemon which is determined by whether or not a critter has actually evolved once in play.

For example, a Stage 2 Empoleon that someone Archied into play is an "unevolved Evolution Pokemon" since it hasn't evolved but is still a Stage 2 card.

Clear as mud? :)

Here's the official ruling.

== CRYSTAL RAY (Glaceon EX - XY: Fates Collide)

* Glaceon-EX's "Crystal Ray" attack makes it immune to damage done by attacks from "Evolution Pokemon". This is a new term that means any Pokemon that is an evolution card. So a Stage 1 Frogadier brought to the Bench by "Water Duplicates" would be affected by this. Basic Pokemon and Restored Pokemon are not affected. (Fates Collide FAQ; May 5, 2016 TPCi Rules Team)
